About us

Domicil Real Estate Group is a real estate investment company with its registered office in Munich. Its core business is the purchase and sale of residential real estate throughout the whole of Germany. The focus is placed on the acquisition of mid-size to large portfolios of apartments and the prompt resale to tenants, owner-occupiers and investors. This can encompass individual apartments as well as entire properties and portfolios.

Furthermore, Domicil makes its competence available to institutional investors across all areas of the value-added chain – from the purchase, through the portfolio and asset management, to the subsequent exit. Further information can be found in our image brochure.

KLAUS SCHMITT

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Klaus Schmitt has been an established figure in the real estate industry for over 28 years. Among other things, the lawyer was head of the legal department of Siemens Real Estate GmbH & Co. OHG and started in 2003 as head of the legal department of PATRIZIA AG and managing director of PATRIZIA Projektentwicklung GmbH. With the IPO of Patrizia in 2006, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer and member of the Managing Board of PATRIZIA AG and held this position until mid-2020. Since 2021, he has been active exclusively in advisory functions and Supervisory Board mandates.

PROF. DR. GEORG ERDMANN

Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Prof. Dr. Georg Erdmann is the author of several business management textbooks and is a lecturer in finances and real estate management. In the real estate sector the financial expert gained a reputation as the former chief financial officer of PATRIZIA Immobilien AG above all.

In this function he accompanied the company’s initial public offering in 2006.

Andreas Kolb

Andreas Kolb, who holds a degree in administration, has worked for the Versicherungskammer Group for over 35 years. Kolb has been a member of the Board of Management of the allied companies of Versicherungskammer Bayern Group since 2019 and has also been the Group's Chief Financial Officer since 2022. As a Senator of the Senate of Economy Germany, Kolb has been advocating an ecological and social market economy as well as value-oriented corporate governance since 2021.
