Prof. Roland Berger takes up a stake of five per cent in Domicil Real Estate AG

The management consultant Prof. Roland Berger has taken up a stake totalling five per cent of the current stock capital in Domicil Real Estate AG through his investment company Roland Berger Industries GmbH. The seller of the shares is the majority shareholder and CEO Khaled Kaissar. In addition, Prof. Berger will also become a member of the Domicil advisory board, acting as a consultant to the board of management of Domicil.

Alongside the founder and majority shareholder Khaled Kaissar and the new shareholder Roland Berger, the two insurance companies Die Bayerische and Konzern Versicherungskammer hold a stake in Domicil totalling approx. 15 % of the share capital.
