Domicil Real Estate AG appoints Holger Lueth as Chief Financial Officer

Domicil Real Estate AG, an established owner-managed investment and real estate service provider headquartered in Munich, has appointed Holger Lueth as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 March 2020. The 47-year-old qualified lawyer has had a long career with extensive experience in the real estate and capital markets space. Following stints with HypoVereinsbank Group and a London-based investment fund among others, Holger Lueth was most recently Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Gateway Real Estate AG. Prior to this, he acted as Managing Director Corporate Finance and Investor Relations at the previously stock exchange listed Austrian company BUWOG AG where he was responsible for key capital markets and financing transactions, including, among others, a bond placement and a cash capital increase (approx. EUR 300 million each), large refinancing transactions in connection with attaining an investment grade rating, and the positioning of the company with domestic and international investors and analysts.
